Progressive Roadmap

Our program is designed for busy schedules, offering flexible, step-by-step lessons. Customize your song choices and learn to play guitar as a rewarding hobby, at your own pace.

Month 1 - Building the basics

Sessions 1-3

Introduction to guitar, types of guitar and its strings. Open string exercises, Synchronization of left hand with right hand to play effectively. Correct posture and positioning are emphasized to build a strong foundation.
Focus Songs - "Happy birthday" & "Aura Lee"

Sessions 4-6

Introduction to short melodies and jingles, Intoduction to all notes in music and its importance
Focus Songs - "Tujhe Dekha" & "Faded" Intro

Session 7

Learn to tune the guitar, Initial guitar music theories, Types of musical notation notes
Focus Songs - "Minuet in G Major" & "Give me some sunshine"

Session 8

Review and doubt clearing—recap fundamental skills and practice melodies learned so far with the songs leanred.
Month 2 - Expanding Musical Knowledge

Sessions 1-3

Introduction to dynamics (the variation in volume and intensity of sound) in music.
Focus Songs - "Carol of the bells" & "Viva La Vida"

Sessions 4-6

Practicing tones and semitones, introducing chords (C, G, F) with melody coordination.
Focus Song - "Man who sold the world"

Session 7

Introduction to rest notes (symbols that indicate periods of silence, where no notes are played) using dynamics of staff notation.
Focus Songs - "Aahatein" & "Fix you"

Session 8

Doubt Clearing and Revision Session for consolidated learning.

Month 3: Building Confidence and Playing Songs

Sessions 1-3

Introduction to advanced musical theory (a notation that specifies how many beats are in each measure and what note value gets the beat), time signature 
Focus Songs - "Come as you are" & "Imagine"

Sessions 4-6

Introduction to pitch recognition & ear training.
Focus Songs - "Jana gana mana" & "Zara Zara"

Session 7

Pitch banding, vibrato along with articulation of music.
Focus Songs - Any favourite song of the student or "We are the Champions" , "Tum ho toh"

Session 8

Final Review and Performance—Showcase all learned pieces, building stage presence and confidence in playing.
